Great view over the cathederal. Great spot near lots of lovely restaurants and spots. The gym is AMAZING if you like a good fitness centre. The hotel, bar and restaurants as well as gyms were amazing and newly renovated. The gold room is beautiful and everything is lovely about the hotel.

The location is amazing (the St Patrick Cathedral's view is worth the extra cost). The old Palace spaces are beautiful and nice. The Rarities Bar is a highlight.

Beautiful property, with exquisite features in the Villard Mansion areas. Our room on the 9th floor was spotless, well equipped and had the most amazing view of the Cathedral. Only wish we had more time to stay there longer. The Bellman Matt was another highlight of our stay - supremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Michael on reception was also very helpful and attentive to our needs.

The location was excellent and the staff were very kind and helpful. They were accommodating with our early check in and stored our luggage after our checkout. The tips they gave were very helpful and they seemed interested in our experience. The grounds were beautiful and I enjoyed riding the Peloton bike in the fitness room.

The holiday/Christmas decoration was beautiful. My family enjoyed it a lot. The room view overlooking St Patrick’s Cathedral and city view was amazing. Staff were nice.

Staff is great. This is what makes the difference here. We needed an urgent covid test, to check in at a summer camp, and concierge Diego went the extra mile to get one for us. My wife needed to store some medicine and the front desk staff sent a mini-fridge to our room. Receptionists, bellmen and doormen very friendly. True 5-star service.
